Learn More" As founder of HeartTalks CIC, creating a compassionate community supporting individuals through baby loss was my mission. After experiencing multiple losses, including a traumatic second loss in 2021, I deeply understand the grief, isolation, and vulnerability that come with such experiences. Through this journey, I found strength in the whispers of my angels, guiding me toward creating a space for others to receive authentic, heart-centred support. HeartTalks not only offers peer support but also educates the local community on baby loss, fostering connection and awareness. Grateful for the love and community that has emerged from my own story, a group no one wishes but finds themselves part of, I am committed to walking alongside others in their journey and creating a community of hope. You don't need to navigate this journey alone. We are here for you”
"During my brief tenure so far as we have only been established since 2023 I have witnessed its incredible growth and we are currently at a crucial juncture where the establishment of our community hub will provide invaluable support to the broader community. I wholeheartedly support HeartTalks’ mission and the organisations efforts to assist parents and families, as well as to raise awareness within the community. With a background in hospitality and finance I manage aspects of the company’s financial health, accounts and long-term growth. It is truly fulfilling to back a cause that is so dear to me and assist the organisation in making a significant impact in the local community. If you have ever had the pleasure of meeting our Founder Chantelle, you will be deeply moved by Chantelle’s ability to truly connect with people on an emotional level. The moment she approached me, I felt an immediate desire to lend my support to the cause with the ability to make a positive impact"
“After experiencing my own loss in September 2016, I made the decision to volunteer for HeartTalks CIC At that time, I realised that besides my loved ones, there was a lack of support available locally. My strong passion for volunteering for Hearttalks CIC stems from the invaluable help and support it provides to parents & families. As events and outreach the events we organise not only create a fantastic atmosphere but also allow us to have fun while raising funds for this incredible organisation, I feel so proud to be part of its growth and development. I thoroughly enjoy baking for cake sales, and I take great pride in being the tombola queen! It brings me immense joy to raise awareness for important causes by actively engaging with the community and forming valuable partnerships "
“I am a birth and postnatal doula supporting families at one of the most precious times in their lives. In this work I have and continue to support families who are pregnant after loosing a baby, and work to support and nurture their journey with authenticity, heart and warmth. Bringing a baby Earth-side after loss can sometimes look and feel a little different to what you would expect and I am here to support families on their unique grief informed journeys, giving you space to allow grief and heartache to live alongside joy and happiness. Everyone deserves person centred support especially when their journey is touched with heart break. I have experienced my own pregnancy loss and I am also a Mother to twins conceived through IUI assistance. When not supporting families I enjoy doing something creative, kitchen dancing, and being in warm the sunshine (when it appears). I am pleased and privileged to share my experience, knowledge and support as part of the HeartTalks team. If you have experienced loss in your pregnancy, birth, conception or parenting journey - I see you and I am so very sorry"
“After attending a recent HeartTalks CIC event, I felt inspired to volunteer and contribute to a cause that resonates deeply with me. Having navigated multiple rounds of fertility treatment since 2018, I’m passionate about using my own experiences to offer support to others on a similar journey. What drew me to HeartTalks CIC is the ongoing, compassionate support it provides to couples and families, creating space for them to express and feel seen in their experiences. In addition to my personal experience, I’ve previously organised fundraising events for two charities that are close to my heart. From Ladies’ Nights to Prize Bingo nights and even a Gala Ball, I’ve enjoyed using my skills to bring people together for a good cause. As an events coordinator by profession, I’m excited to bring both my personal insights and professional expertise to this incredible organisation”
